ClearLane works with freight brokers across a range of load volumes, from a few hundred loads a month to operations handling thousands. There is no rigid minimum: most clients start with one workflow and expand as trust builds.
The pre-billing revenue audit service is priced on a performance basis: ClearLane charges 10 to 25% of the additional revenue recovered from missed billable charges such as detention, layover, TONU, and rate discrepancies. If the audit finds nothing, you pay nothing. This means the service carries zero risk and directly funds itself from revenue that would otherwise be lost.
Core Financial Workflow includes carrier invoice verification, carrier billing preparation, shipper invoicing, and customer portal or EDI submission. Financial Operations adds POD chase, carrier onboarding, and compliance monitoring. Full Back-Office adds AR management, collections, pre-billing revenue audits, and operational reporting. Every tier includes a dedicated team and weekly performance reports.
